We use Robin as our meeting room booking system.

We use Robin for booking meeting rooms and for scheduling meetings in advance. We do not currently use Robin for booking desks. Read more about Robin here.

Rules:

• Click “end meeting” if you are done ahead of schedule.
• Want to book recurring meetings? Ask someone on the team and we’ll help you.
• You can book meetings up to 3 months in advance.
• You have to check in to meetings on arrival. Failing to check in within 15 minutes of your meeting start time will result in your booking being automatically cancelled.

Need to book a meeting room in Oslo?

Going to Oslo and need a meeting room? You can use the same app and login! Simply select which office you want to book a meeting in and you’re good to go!
